I. General terms
Regulations – these regulations
Service – internet service of ” Foundation for Supporting the Development of Radio-communications and Multimedia Techniques „, operating under the address https://fundacja.ire.pw.edu.pl/
Service Provider – company ” Foundation for Supporting the Development of Radio-communications and Multimedia Techniques ” with registered address: 15/19 Nowowiejska Street, 00-665 Warsaw, Tax Identification Number: 526-23-75-749,
Customer – any natural person accessing the Site and using the services provided by the Service Provider through the Site.
Electronic Communication – communication between the parties via electronic mail (e-mail).

II. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the functioning and use of the Site and specify the rights and obligations of Clients and Service Provider related to the use of the Site.
The object of the Service Provider’s services is to make available, free of charge, tools in the form of the Site, which enable Clients to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials, as well as web applications and electronic forms.
Any content, articles and information containing tips or advice published on the Site is only a general collection of information and is not addressed to individual customers. The service provider is not responsible for their use by the recipients.
The recipient takes full responsibility for the use of materials available on the Site, including use in accordance with applicable law.
The service provider makes no warranty as to the suitability of the materials posted on the site.
Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Service Recipients or third parties in connection with the use of the Site. Any risk related to the use of the Site, and in particular to the use and application of information posted on the Site, shall be borne by the Client using the Site.

III. Terms and conditions of using the Site
The use of the Site by each Client is free of charge and voluntary.
Clients are required to read the Terms and Conditions and other documents forming an integral part thereof, and must accept their entirety in order to continue using the Site.
Recipients may not use any personal information obtained on the Site for marketing purposes.
Technical requirements for using the Site:
a device with a display capable of displaying web pages, Internet connection, any web browser that displays websites in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports websites made available in HTML5, JavaScript support enabled,  cookies are enabled. To ensure the safety of the Service Provider, the Client and other Clients using the Site, all Clients using the Site shall comply with generally accepted network security principles,
Activities performed by recipients personally or through the use of software are prohibited:
without written permission, decompiling and analyzing the source code, without written permission, causing excessive load on the server Service, without written permission, attempts to detect vulnerabilities in the security of the Site and the server configuration,
attempt to upload or inject code, scripts and software, which may harm the software of the Site, other Clients or the Service Provider, into the server and the database attempt to upload or input any code, scripts or software to the server or database that may track or steal Client or Service Provider data take any action to damage or disable the Service or to defeat the purpose of the Service.
If a Cyber Security incident or a breach of the RODO is detected or has the potential to occur, Service Recipients should first report this to Service Provider in order to quickly remedy the problem/threat and safeguard the interests of all Service Recipients of the Service.

IV. Terms and conditions of communication and provision of other services on the Site
The Website provides services and tools allowing the Clients to interact with the Website in the form of:
publishing their own content in the form of entries and articles
Publishing their own content in the form of graphic and multimedia materials
The Website provides contact information in the form of:

Contact phone number
In the case of contact between the Client and the Service Provider, the Client’s personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
Conditions for posting content by Clients on the Site:
You may not post content on the Site that is abusive or defamatory towards the Service Provider, other Service Recipients, third parties or third parties,
The following material may not be posted on the Site: text, graphics, audiovisual, scripts, software and other works, which are not licensed by the Client or whose author has not agreed to free publication,
It is prohibited to place on the Site vulgar, pornographic, erotic and inconsistent with Polish and European law content, as well as links to sites containing such content,
It is forbidden to place in the Service scripts and programs that excessively load the server, illegal software, software used to violate security and other similar actions, as well as links to websites containing such materials,
It is forbidden to place in the Service content marketing and advertising other commercial services, products, services or commercial websites

V. Collection of data about Clients

In order to properly provide the services of the Site, to protect the Service Provider’s legal interests, and to ensure compliance of the Site with applicable laws, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data on Users through the Site.

In order to properly provide services, the Site uses and saves certain anonymous information about the Client in cookies.

The scope, purposes, manner and principles of data processing are available in the appendices to the Regulations: „RODO Information Obligation” and the „Privacy Policy”, which form an integral part of the Regulations.

Data collected automatically:
For the smooth operation of the Website and for statistics, we automatically collect certain data about the Service Recipient. These data include:
IP address
Browser type
Screen resolution
Approximate location
Subpages opened on the website
Time spent on relevant subpage
Operating system type
Previous subpage address
Referring website address
Browser language
Internet connection speed
Internet service provider

The above data is obtained through the Google Analytics script and is anonymous.

VI. Copyright
The Service Provider is the owner of the Website and copyrights.
Part of the data posted on the Site is protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions and third parties, not related in any way to the Service Provider, and is used under the obtained licences or based on a free licence.
Pursuant to the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form and to store in search systems, except for the search engines Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn any articles, descriptions, photos and any other content, graphic, video or audio material found on the Site without the written consent or authorisation of the legal owner.
Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright, simple press releases, understood as information itself, without commentary or evaluation by the author, are not protected. The author understands this to mean that he is free to use the information from the published texts, but not to copy the entire article or parts of it, as long as this is not explicitly stated in the material on the website.

VII. Amendments to the Terms of Service
All provisions of these Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally amended by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
Amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall come into force immediately after their publication.
Any Client who continues to use the Site after the Terms and Conditions have been amended shall be deemed to have accepted them in full.

VIII. Final provisions
The Service Provider shall not be liable in any way, except for the provisions of applicable laws, for the content transmitted and published on the Site by the Clients, or for any truthfulness, reliability, authenticity or legal defects thereof.
The Service Provider shall make every effort to ensure that the services of the Site are offered on a continuous basis. However, the Service Provider shall not be liable for interference caused by force majeure or unauthorized intervention of Clients or third parties, or by external automated programs.
The service provider reserves the right to change any information posted on the website at any time, without prior notice to the recipients of the service.
The Service Provider reserves the right to shut down the Site temporarily, in whole or in part, in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance, without prior notice to the Clients.
The service provider reserves the right to shut down the site permanently, without prior notice to customers.
The service provider reserves the right to assign, in whole or in part, any of its rights and obligations related to the Site, without the consent of and without giving the possibility of any objection by the recipients.
